Following the announcement of the ninth cabinet of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), the post of Minister of Natural Resources has been vacant, but according to sources, Sheikh Baz has been working as a consultant to the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region.
Regarding the filling of the post, a senior source in the leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) said: “Sheikh Baz is one of the strongest candidates for the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs.
