The KRG ministry of health and the International Committee of the Red Cross signed and agreement to provide health services to adult behaviour modification jails.
” a number of coronavirus patients’ conditions are not stable and we asked the ministry of health employees to be paid first.”, said Saman Barzinji health minister in a press conference.
He added, ” we signed an agreement with the red cross to improve health services to the prisoners.”
The health minister also said that the red cross was in help with KRG during the war of terror with ISIS fighters, refugees and with the problem of prisoners.
